Normal delivery is within 3 to 7 working days from the date of payment of your order.
Warranties
Where a product is damaged through no fault of your own when delivered to you, contact us immediately and we will replace it.
The Driver Fatigue Alarm comes with a 12 months warranty. The 12 months warranty does not cover batteries usage.
The Driver Fatigue Alarm also comes with a 30 days money back satisfaction guarantee. Refund excludes all delivery costs.
Return of Product
We will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all instructions and advices are followed.
We reserve the right to test any returned product, and to ask you to demonstrate that the problem with the product was not your fault. After the product has been returned a final decision on granting the claim will be made by Warranty Service Team.
Where we have provisionally determined that a Product is damaged, a refund or replacement will be arranged at our expense.
If the Product is deemed by technical team that the product is mishandled and is not covered by a warranty, we may refuse to replace the Product or give you a refund for the Product.
When a Product is replaced, your replacement Product becomes your property and the returned Product becomes our property. Replacement Products are provided with the continuation warranty as the returned Product.
When a refund is given, the returned Product becomes our property.
When a Replacement Product is arranged:
• A replacement for the same Product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense after we have received your returned Product.
• The delivery time for the replacement Product will be 3 to 7 working days.
Refunds or Credit
Where a warranty claim is granted any refund will exclude all delivery and related costs for the product. No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the product from you. Refunds will be issued by Cheque, PayPal or a credit to your account.
